Mostly younger people living with HIV /Aids around Uganda. As a result of sickness many clients of Christian youth outreach are unable to keep their children in school. A poorly educated child is at high risk of getting HIV and Aids, as a little chance of getting out of cycle of poverty they may have grown up.

The girl youth and children with HIV are given priority. To reduce this vulnerability operation youth support (OPS) was started in October, 2001. As an Arm of Social Support Program. Its main objectives are;

  1. Provide education and material support for most vulnerable younger people affected / infected by HIV and Aids.
  2. Ensure good standards of education through school assessment and monitoring.
  3. Support the establishment of community-based youth friendly recreation activities.

What does Operation Youth Support (OPS) offer at least one hot meal a day at school: School supplies like uniforms, book, bags, pencils and school fees.

Holiday and fun time activities as well as seminars are organized for volunteers and students in the schools that work with Christian youth outreach Uganda by friendly for life.

Youth monitoring throughout the villages and regular outreach to their schools and to their homes.
